Mission Gallery is housed in a Grade II listed building which was originally built as a non-denominational Seaman’s Mission by Benjamin Bucknall. In 1977 it opened as a gallery space and subsequently developed a reputation for dynamic and distinctive programming, presenting excellence across the visual arts, applied arts and craft, from Wales and beyond.
- The nearest pay and display car parks are situated behind Mission Gallery in the Pumphouse and also in Somerset Place, a 5 minute walk.
- Limited parking spaces are also available in Gloucester Place
- Access is by one-step entry from pavement level through to our main entrance. There is level access throughout the gallery spaces. A wheelchair ramp is also available on request.
