The National Waterfront Museum tells the story of industry and innovation in Wales, now and over the last 300 years.


A pay-and-display car park is situated just a short walk away from the Museum on Oystermouth Road. There are also dropping off and pick up points close to the entrance during busy times.


There are five designated parking bays for blue badge holders located on East Burrows Place. These are available to visitors on a first come, first served basis. The Museum is fully accessible to wheelchair users and there are a limited number of wheelchairs available for use, provided on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters are also welcome, however only a limited number are permitted at any one time. There are two lifts in the Museum, one in the Main Hall and the other towards the rear of New Gallery. Both are accessible and have audio announcements and Braille labelling. Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the Museum.
