Sunday 1st

Salvation Army Band

A regular favourite at the hospital – playing traditional tunes and hymns to join in with.

 


Monday 2nd

Seren Winds

A prize-winning wind quintet comprised of Masters graduates from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

 


Tuesday 3rd

Jamie Smith

Bringing a wealth of range and dynamic to his playing of Celtic ballads and Welsh folk tunes. (accordion/guitar).

 


Wednesday 4th

Llywelyn Ifan Jones

An eclectic mix of musical styles ranging from classical, folk, show tunes and jazz, showing just how versatile an instrument the harp can be.

 


Thursday 5th

Pegbox

Playing a mixture of folk tunes in a style they have christened ‘funky folk.’ (fiddle & cello).

 


Monday 9th

Quartet 19

A young, dedicated and highly talented percussion ensemble.

 


Tuesday 10th

Chris Horner

An international violinist who currently teaches at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

 


Wednesday 11th

Icarus Duo

A talented ensemble who bring a freshness of style to concert audiences of all ages. (flute & guitar).

 


Thursday 12th

Joy Cornice

Performing a mixture of traditional Welsh songs, operatic arias and songs from shows (voice and harp).

 


Sunday 16th

Out of Nowhere

One of our hospital anaesthetists is joined by two friends to bring Gypsy Jazz to the festival’s finale.
