Presteigne in Radnorshire is an unlikely setting for one of the UK’s most exciting and ambitious music festivals. The subsequent Presteigne Festival Autumn Tour is an annual opportunity for some of Britain’s most brilliant musicians to showcase their skills to a wider audience, and Swansea International Festival is delighted to welcome the tour for the first time.

Clare Hammond gave a dazzling recital as part of the 2015 Swansea International Festival, and she returns in the company of brilliant oboist James Turnbull for a fascinating exploration of music, old and new, for oboe and piano. Made possible with the generous assistance of the Royal Philharmonic Society.
